White Chocolate Christmas Chex Mix (Reindeer Chow)

1 Combine the white chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
2 Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each time until everything is just melted and combined.
3 Stir in the salt and vanilla extract until incorporated.
4 Measure the Chex cereal and pretzels into a gallon-sized zip-top bag. (You could also add it to a very large mixing bowl.)
5 Pour the melted chocolate mix over the cereal mixture. Seal the bake and shake until cereal is well coated. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
6 Add the powdered sugar to the bag, and shake vigorously to coat everything.
7 Add in the M&M’s and crushed candy canes. Shake until just combined.
8 Store the reindeer chow in the ziptop bag until ready to serve.
