Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

0 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat, and set aside.
1 Blend [wprm-ingredient text="¾ cup natural peanut butter" uid="0"] and [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup unsalted butter" uid="1"] together in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
8 Measure in [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup brown sugar" uid="2"] and [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup granulated sugar" uid="3"] to the peanut butter mixture. Cream together for 2-3 minutes, or until the sugars are well mixed into the peanut butter mixture.
2 Crack the [wprm-ingredient text="2 eggs" uid="4"], then pour them into the batter. Add [wprm-ingredient text="1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract" uid="5"]. Mix until smooth and fragrant.
3 Sift [wprm-ingredient text="2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour" uid="6"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 teaspoon baking powder" uid="7"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 teaspoon kosher salt" uid="8"] together into a separate bowl, then pour them into the wet ingredients. Use the mixer on a lower speed to blend the ingredients together. Once they start clumping, beat on a higher speed until smooth and combined.
4 Sprinkle in [wprm-ingredient text="1 ½ cups Reese's Pieces" uid="9"], and fold into the batter using a rubber spatula or the hand mixer on a slow setting.
5 Use a cookie scoop to measure the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. (I used a 1.5-tablespoon scoop.) Space the cookies about 1" apart so they can spread a little as they bake. Flatten the tops of the cookie dough down with the palm of your hand, then press a few additional Reese's Pieces on to the tops of the cookies.
6 Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and golden brown.
7 Remove from the oven, and cool on a wire rack until completely cooled.
9 Enjoy!
