0 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. 1 Place the Tostitos White Corn Scoops on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them out evenly. 2 Add 1 teaspoon of refried beans into each chip. 3 Add 1 teaspoon of black beans to the taco cups, too. 4 Sprinkle cheese over the beans, then top each with a jalapeno. (Leave off the jalapenos on some of them if you’re serving people who don’t like spice.) 5 Bake in the preheated oven for 11-15 minutes or until the bottoms of the tortilla chips are crisp. 6 Remove from the oven, and immediately top with the diced tomatoes and avocados. 7 Drizzle the salsa verde on top, and add the green onions before serving immediately.View original recipe
