What you need

¼ cup coconut oil

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup light-brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 ½ cup all purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

¾ tsp baking powder

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp fine sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease two cookie sheets or line with parchment paper, and set aside. 2 In a medium bowl, beat together the coconut oil, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until all are combined. 3 Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, vinegar, salt and vanilla. Beat until batter comes together. 4 Fold in the chopped dark chocolate chunks. 5 Drop the batter onto the cookie sheets by the tablespoon full, spacing about 2 inches apart. 6 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown on top. 7 Enjoy warm!View original recipe
