1 In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. 2 In a small bowl, combine the almond milk and lemon juice. Set aside. 3 Using a pastry cutter, cut the chilled (relatively solid) coconut oil into the flour mixture until just combined. It will look like wet sand. 4 Slowly stir in the wet ingredients, then form into a rough dough. 5 On a floured surface, press out the dough with your hands and cut into biscuits with a biscuit cutter (or a cookie cutter, your call.) 6 Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 7 Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 8 Enjoy warm with your favorite jam or by themselves!View original recipe
