What you need

lb bacon, chopped ([adjustable]5-6[/adjustable] slices, depending on thickness)

cup milk

tsp creole seasoning, if using salt-free, also add[adjustable] ½ teaspoon[/adjustable] salt

tsp black pepper

cup shredded cheddar

oz tater tot
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9”x13” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside. 1 As the oven preheats, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crisp. Scatter most on the bottom of the baking dish. 2 In a large bowl, crack the eggs and season with milk, Creole seasoning, black pepper and salt, if necessary. Whisk together until combined. 3 Pour on the egg mixture on top of the bacon. 4 Sprinkle most of the cheese on top of the eggs. 5 Line the pan with the tater tots. 6 Add the rest of the cheese and bacon on top of the tater tops. 7 Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. 8 Raise the temperature to 425°F, and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tots are crispy. 9 Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and enjoying!View original recipe
