1 Measure the sweet potato puree into a large mixing bowl. 2 Drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk. Measure the light brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, salt and nutmeg directly on top of the sweetened condensed milk and sweet potato puree. 3 Gently mix all the ingredients together until combined using a hand mixer or a rubber spatula. 4 Serve immediately or refrigerate. 5 When serving, dollop the dip into a serving bowl. Top with the mini marshmallows. Use a kitchen torch to brown the marshmallows and serve immediately.View original recipe
