-1 Place a large bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. -1 While the ingredients cool, make the strawberry “dust.” Run the freeze-dried strawberries through the food processor or press them through a fine mesh strainer to create a dust. Measure out ¼ cup, and set aside. -1 In the cold bowl, pour in the cold whipping cream.
