0 Measure out the strawberries, sugar, water and lemon juice into a saucepan. 1 Bring to a boil in a saucepan, and cook on a simmer for 30 minutes. 2 When the mixture is nice and thick and the strawberries have completely broken down, transfer the mixture to a blender or a food processor. 3 Blend the strawberry syrup together until smooth. (Be careful during this step because the syrup will be extremely hot!) 4 Transfer to a mason jar (or another airtight storage container), and chill. 5 Serve over desserts, yogurt and more.View original recipe
