What you need

oz cream cheese, softened

tbsp unsalted butter, softened

tsp vanilla extract

cup freeze-dried strawberries, [adjustable](.75 oz.)[/adjustable]

cup powdered sugar

tsp kosher salt

0 Beat the cream cheese and salt together in a large bowl with a hand mixer or a stand mixer. 1 Add the vanilla extract, and beat until combined. 2 Sprinkle in the powdered freeze-dried strawberries. Beat until combined. 3 When these ingredients are mixed, add the powdered sugar and salt. Slowly incorporate them into the icing until smooth. 4 If the frosting is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk to thin it slightly without making it runny. 5 When the icing is smooth, chill in the refrigerator until icing your baked goods.
