Sip a favorite campfire treat at happy hour! Smores Martinis are a fun twist on the favorite summertime dessert, complete with marshmallow-infused vodka. Learn how to infuse marshmallow vodka, then how to make this sweet dessert drink.
Make the Marshmallow-Infused Vodka
2 Measure the marshmallows into a large mason jar.
3 Pour the vodka on top of the marshmallows.
4 Shake vigorously.
17 Store in a cold, dark place for 1-2 days, or until the marshmallows have completely dissolved. If there is some clouding or silt on the bottom of the jar, this is OK! Simply shake it before it’s time to make a drink to get all that marshmallow goodness into it.
