1 In a large nonstick skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the sage, and let the two cook. 2 When the sage begins to crisp up and the butter begins browning, break the sage into tiny bits. 3 Add the diced potatoes. 4 Cooking over medium heat, move the potatoes occasionally so they all are able to brown in the browned butter mixture.
