Red Velvet Cheesecake Dip

0 Place the softened cream cheese into a large bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
1 Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder and kosher salt. Blend with the hand mixer until smooth and combined.
2 Add the vanilla extract and red food coloring. Give it a mix, and then taste the mixture. Add a bonus pinch of salt, if necessary.
3 Chill or serve immediately with your favorite fruits, crispy pretzels, Graham crackers or cookies.
