Potato Chip Cookies

Sweet and salty, all rolled into one cookie. This delightful butter and potato chip cookie is topped with loads of powdered sugar to create the much-needed balance.

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a cookie sheet (or line with parchment paper), and set aside. 2 Cream butter and sugar together until smooth. 3 Then add the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until batter has come together. 4 Using a spatula, stir in the crushed potato chips and pecans. 5 Drop batter onto a greased cookie sheet with a teaspoon. 6 Criss cross with a fork, pressing the cookies down a little. (Dip the fork in ice water before and after each cookie to prevent sticking.) 7 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. 8 Once on a cooling rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then enjoy!View original recipe
