1 In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, warm two cups of the pomegranate juice. 2 When the juice begins to simmer, add the white chocolate. Whisk constantly until the white chocolate begins melting into the juice. 3 Remove the pan from the heat. 4 Immediately add the vanilla extract and the additional cup of pomegranate juice.
