Pineapple Margarita

0 Combine [wprm-ingredient text="2 oz. pineapple juice" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 ½ oz. silver tequila" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice" uid="2"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 oz. Cointreau" uid="3"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 oz. simple syrup" uid="4"] in a cocktail shaker, filled with ice. (To make this a Spicy Pineapple Margarita, add a few slivers of jalapeno pepper to the shaker, too.)
1 Shake the ingredients until ice cold, then pour into a margarita glass, rimmed with salt or Tajin.
2 Garnish the margarita with a [wprm-ingredient text="Pineapple wedge" uid="6"] and [wprm-ingredient text="Lime wedges or twists" uid="5"].
