What you need

tsp paprika

cup mayonnaise

tsp celery salt

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tbsp pimento

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1 Shred the cheese and set aside. 2 Add [wprm-ingredient text="4 oz. cream cheese" uid="2"] and [wprm-ingredient text="¼ cup mayonnaise" uid="9"] to a bowl. Stir together vigorously or use a hand mixer to really mix them together well. 3 Season with [wprm-ingredient text="½ teaspoon onion powder" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="½ teaspoon garlic powder, " uid="4"][wprm-ingredient text="¼ teaspoon paprika" uid="5"] and [wprm-ingredient text="¾ teaspoon celery salt" uid="6"]. Stir to combine. 4 Add [wprm-ingredient text="3 tablespoons chopped pimentos" uid="7"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 tablespoon pimento juice/brine" uid="8"]. Stir to combine. If you add a little too much juice, the mixture will feel really “wet.” This is OK – but you will need to refrigerate it to firm it up before serving. 5 Add [wprm-ingredient text="3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese" uid="1"] to the mixture, and stir until just combined. 6 Serve immediately or chill, then serve when desired.View original recipe
