1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside. 2 In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3 In the bowl of an electric mixer (with the paddle attachment), cream together the butter, Greek yogurt and sugars until fluffy. 4 Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined. 5 Add the flour mixture, and beat on low speed, until just combined. Do not overmix. 6 With a wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate chips and candy cane pieces. 7 Using a cookie scooper, form dough balls and place on the baking sheet about 3" apart from one another. 8 Bake for about 12 minutes or until puffed and slightly cracked. 9 Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before eating.View original recipe
