Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the pie crust into 2” rounds with a cookie cutter. For half of the rounds, use a smaller cookie cutter to cut a shape out of the middle to make the top layers of the hand pies. For the other half, leave as is because they will serve as the bottom layers of the hand pies. Measure ¾ teaspoon of each NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Semi Sweet Morsels and NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Peppermint morsels onto the middle of the bottom layers of the hand pies. Gently place the top layers of the hand pies over the chocolate and peppermint mixture. Seal using the tines of a fork, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
