What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

tbsp candy cane

tsp kosher salt

cup unbleached flour

cup powdered sugar

tbsp water
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside. 2 In a large glass bowl, microwave the chocolate and butter in 10 second intervals, stirring the mixture after every round until they have melted together. Let cool. 3 In another glass bowl, Bea the eggs, sugar, candy cane vodka and salt together until well combined. 4 Pour in the melted chocolate, and whisk gently by hand. 5 Add the flour, stirring until just combined. 6 Using a 1" cookie scoop, dollop the brownie cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet. (Leave 1" between each cookie, as they will spread just slightly.) 7 Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes, or until they are slightly crisp on the outside (but soft on the inside!) 8 Let the cookies cool. 9 In a glass bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, candy cane vodka and water until smooth. 10 Drizzle the icing over the cooled cookies, then sprinkle with the crushed candy canes. 11 Enjoy immediately!View original recipe
