Instructions
1 Add [wprm-ingredient text="2 ½ lbs. peaches" uid="2"] that have been sliced and peeled and [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup granulated sugar" uid="3"] in a large bowl. Let macerate at room temperature for one hour. 2 Strain and save the juice from the peaches, and set aside. This is the peach nectar. Use the peaches for a pie or another baked good, or eat them by themselves. (Trust me... they're goooooood.) 3 In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup peach nectar" uid="5"] and [wprm-ingredient text="6 oz. Greek yogurt" uid="6"] until smooth. Slice [wprm-ingredient text="1 peach" uid="7"] into bite-sized pieces. 4 Place peach slices into the popsicle mold. 5 Pour the peaches and cream mixture into popsicle molds. (Mine made 8 popsicles!) 6 Freeze for 1 hour, then add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for an additional 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are frozen through, then enjoy!View original recipe
