-1 In a blender, add the peaches and blend until smooth. (If it's not peach season and your peaches are not super sweet, consider adding 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup to this mixture to add a bit more sweetness.) -1 Pour 1/3 cup of peach puree into a mason jar. Repeat twice. -1 Pour 1/3 cup of the cashew milk into a mason jar. Repeat twice. -1 Measure 1/3 cup of the oats into each jar. -1 Seal the mason jars, shake vigorously, and refrigerate overnight. -1 Enjoy cold the next morning, topped with toasted pecans and sliced peaches (or additional toppings of your choice.)View original recipe
