No Bake Peanut Butter Bars with Pretzels

0 Line a 9” square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
1 Crush the pretzels. You can do this in a food processor to make more uniform chunks or you can place them in a plastic bag and crush them unevenly.
2 Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, powdered sugar and 1 cup of peanut butter in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.
3 Press pretzel mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9”x9” baking pan.
4 Combine chocolate chips and remaining ¼ cup of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
5 Spread over pretzel peanut butter mixture.
6 Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
7 Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
