Make the Hot Cocoa Mix 1 Measure the cocoa powder, granulated sugar and candy cane pieces in an 8 oz. mason jar. 2 Shake the jar until the ingredients are combined. 3 Store in a cool, dark place until all the cocoa mix has been used.
