1 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper, and set aside. 2 Place the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. 3 Pour the oil and maple syrup on top of the brussels sprouts. Season with salt, salmon rub and pepper, and toss until they’re coated. 4 Transfer the brussels sprouts to the prepared sheet pan in a single, even layer, and transfer to the preheated oven. 5 Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and flip the brussels sprouts. 6 Place the pan back into the oven, and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. 7 Serve warm and enjoy!View original recipe
