What you need

cup milk

tbsp plain flour

oz cream cheese

cup shredded cheddar

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp grainy mustard

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour to make a blonde roux. Pour in milk slowly and stir as it thickens, then stir in mustard. Turn off the heat, and add cheeses. Season to taste, then add cooked pasta. Stir until combined. Scoop into prepared tins, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.View original recipe
