Lemon Pepper Green Beans are a quick, easy and utterly delicious side dish for Thanksgiving dinner. Steamed green beans are tossed in a tart lemon vinaigrette, then seasoned with copious amounts of pepper before serving.

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
1 In a steamer basket over boiling water, steam the haricot verts for a few minutes until crisp tender. Remove from the heat, transfer the beans to a heat-proof bowl and set aside. 2 In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the vinaigrette ingredients -- the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, pepper and salt. Whisk until combined. 3 In the large bowl, pour the vinaigrette on top of the warm green beans. 4 Toss using tongs until everything has been coated. 5 Enjoy warm.View original recipe
