Jalapeno Popper Dip

What you need

cup sharp cheddar

oz cream cheese

cup sour cream

tsp onion powder

tsp sweet paprika

tsp garlic powder

cup jack cheese
Instructions
1 Soften cream cheese on the countertop for 30-40 minutes before you mix the dip. 2 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Find a square baking dish or a small cast iron skillet to bake the dish in. 3 Combine the softened cream cheese with the sour cream. Mix until smooth. 4 Measure in the jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, onion powder and sweet paprika. Mix to combine. 5 Add the cheeses, and stir until just combined. 6 Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
