What you need
oz ginger beer
oz gin, London dry preferred, though a blend like Hendricks is also OK
oz simple syrup
oz fresh lime juice, (from about [adjustable]½ a lime[/adjustable])
ice, for serving
fresh mint, for garnish
lime, for garnish
Instructions
0 Place your ice into a copper mug (or the cocktail glass of your choosing.) 1 In a copper mug (or your favorite cocktail glass), measure out the ginger beer, gin, simple syrup and lime juice. 2 Add ice, and stir with a cocktail spoon. 3 Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime round.
