What you need

oz cranberries, fresh or frozen

cup orange juice, ([adjustable]4.4 fl. oz.[/adjustable])

cup dark brown sugar, packed

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground ginger

tsp orange zest, divided

0 Combine the cranberries with the orange juice, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and half of the orange zest in a saucepan. 1 Heat over medium heat, and cook, bringing to a boil. 5 Cook for about 10 minutes, or until cranberries have popped and the sauce has thickened. 2 Add in the rest of the orange zest, and stir until fragrant, then remove from the heat. 3 Serve warm or cold as a side dish at the holiday table.View original recipe
