Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 9”x16” rectangle. Brush the pastry with the melted Minerva Sea Salt Butter. Sprinkle on the chopped fresh basil, then the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling the shredded parmesan cheese, leaving a ½” border on the sides to prevent fillings from falling out. Starting on one of the long ends, roll the pastry into a pinwheel. Slice the rolled pastry into ½” pinwheels and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
