1 Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment, and set aside. 2 Soften cream cheese on the countertop for 30-40 minutes before mixing. 3 Blend the sausage with the cream cheese. 4 Add in the flour, powder, soda and salt and blend until smooth. 5 Add the shredded cheese. Blend until smooth. 6 Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the sausage balls onto the prepared sheet pan, leaving a little space between each. 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. 8 Serve warm!View original recipe
