Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside. 1 Cut [wprm-ingredient text="16 oz. wonton wrappers" uid="1"] in halves so they are in triangular shapes. 2 Combine the [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup granulated sugar" uid="3"] and [wprm-ingredient text="2 teaspoons ground cinnamon" uid="4"] in a small bowl. Mix, then set aside. 3 The sheet pan method: Place the triangular wonton wrappers in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan(s). Do not let them touch. Drizzle with the melted [wprm-ingredient text="4 tablespoons unsalted butter" uid="2"], then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 4 The bowl method: Place the triangular wonton wrappers in a large bowl and drizzle with the butter. Gently toss to coat then sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture. Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet and try to separate them out into a single layer. 5 Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crisp. 6 Remove from the oven, then transfer to a cooling rack. 7 Repeat the process as many times as necessary until all the wonton crisps are baked.View original recipe
