Chocolate Crinkle

What you need

cup unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup unbleached flour

tsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt

tbsp milk

cup chopped pecans

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1 In a large glass bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light yellow. 2 Add vanilla extract and eggs to the butter/sugar mixture. Stir until blended. 3 Add melted chocolate, stirring until mixture is an even light brown. 4 Stir in dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. 5 Stir in pecans. 6 Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. 7 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper. Set aside. 8 Shape into 1" dough balls and roll in powdered sugar until covered. 9 Bake for 15 minutes (or until cookies are set.) 10 Cool and then enjoy!View original recipe
