What you need

oz fat-free cream cheese, ** softened and at room temperature

tbsp whole milk, *

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

pinch kosher salt

0 Measure out the softened cream cheese and milk in a large bowl. 1 Mix the two ingredients together using a hand mixer, bending until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
