What you need

oz sharp cheddar, (about [adjustable]2 cups[/adjustable] shredded)

oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

cup milk

salt & pepper, to taste

sweet paprika, to taste

0 Combine the shredded cheddar cheese with the cubed cream cheese and milk in a large saucepan. 1 Heat over medium heat on the stovetop, stirring constantly, as the cheeses melt together. 2 Cook for 8-15 minutes until the cheeses thicken and smooths out. 3 If you’ve got lumps in your dip, you can blend or immersion blend to remove them.
