What you need

4 ½ tbsp light-brown sugar

1 ½ tbsp cumin powder

1 ½ tbsp paprika

1 tbsp allspice

3 ¾ tsp chili powder

2 ¾ tsp garlic powder

2 ¾ tsp black peppercorn

1 ¾ tsp celery seed

1 ½ tsp marjoram

1 ½ tsp thyme

1 ½ tsp onion powder

1 ½ tsp oregano

1 ½ tsp ground coriander

1 tsp celery salt

¾ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp cayenne
