Instructions
-1 In a mason jar, mix the vinaigrette ingredients (oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper) together until combined. Set aside. -1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish or a rimmed sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside. -1 Cut the bacon slices in half, to where you have double the amount of bacon to wrap the bundles. -1 Take 7-10 green beans, and wrap a bacon strip around each of the bundles. Set into the prepared baking dish. Continue until all the green beans have been wrapped. -1 Sprinkle the onion on top of the bundles. -1 Season the bundles liberally with pepper (if you like this!), and drizzle the vinaigrette over them. -1 Pop the baking dish into the oven for 30 minutes. -1 When the bundles have cooked for 30 minutes, turn up the heat to 425°F, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. -1 Transfer the Green Bean Bundles to a serving dish, and enjoy warm with your Thanksgiving meal!View original recipe
