Bacon Avocado Egg Sandwich

0 In a pan, fry up your bacon until cooked through over medium heat. Remove from the pan and pat dry with a paper towel. (You may also bake the bacon in the oven.) 1 Melt half of the butter in the pan. 2 Toast the bread in the pan in the butter. Remove when golden brown. 3 Melt the rest of the butter in the pan. 4 Crack the egg into the pan, and fry to your desired consistency. (I fry mine for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.) 5 Once the egg and bacon are done cooking, slice the avocado and place onto the toasted bread. 6 Layer the bacon on top of the avocado slices, then add the egg on top. 7 Cut in half, and enjoy immediately.View original recipe
