What you need

avocado, [adjustable]~7.5 oz.[/adjustable] with seed

tbsp fresh lime juice

tbsp sour cream

kosher salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Remove the seed. 1 Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado into a food processor. 2 Measure in [wprm-ingredient text="2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice" uid="1"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 tablespoon sour cream" uid="2"]. 3 Blend until smooth. 4 Taste, then add [wprm-ingredient text="Kosher salt" uid="3"] and [wprm-ingredient text="Black pepper" uid="4"] as necessary. 5 Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight food storage container.
