1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. When the water has reached a rolling boil, put the greens in it, boiling for a total of 15 minutes. 2 Once the greens have shrunken and boiled for the 15 minutes, strain them and set aside. 3 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. 4 Add the minced garlic to the pan, stirring until you can smell the garlic cooking. 5 Add the drained greens to the pan, mixing with the garlic, and let sautee for 2-3 minutes. 6 Pull the skillet off the heat and add the 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice, stirring until the greens have soaked it in. 7 Serve warm, and enjoy!View original recipe
